Did you get the wrong product

Did we send you the wrong product? Please read the following guide on how to proceed.

1. Start with creating a case. To do this click on "Submit ticket" on the top right corner. Or send an email with the following information below to support@grafokett.se
2. When creating the case please include the following:

  • Our order ID
  • What product did you get
    • what is our article number?
  • What product did you want?
  • When did you get the product.
  • Phone number where we can call you

3. After we receive this information we will get back to you as soon as possible.
