1. Start with creating a case. To do this click on "Submit ticket" on the top right corner. Or send an email with the following information below to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. When creating the case please include the following:
- Our order ID
- What product did you get
- what is our article number?
- What product did you want?
- When did you get the product.
- Phone number where we can call you
3. After we receive this information we will get back to you as soon as possible.
