Do you have a product that isn't working properly? If that's the case just create a support case with us and we will help you!
1. Start with creating a case. To do this you can click on "Submit ticket" on the top right corner.
2. Download the PDF file and fill the form with as much details as possible.
NOTE: Please use the case ID given by our system. Failure to do this may cause delays.
NOTE: Case ID, subject row in the mail you get from the system, is the same as RMA number.
3. Read the article below that is relevant to you and do accordingly.
